梯形排主要用于制造直流电机的换向器片。用冷轧和冷拉法制造，一般为梯形铜排。梯形银铜合金排可提高电机的使用寿命。

梯形排表示方法：t/h/a

高度h标称值推荐如下h recommended：

10，11.2，12.5，14，16，18，20，22.4，25，28，31.5，35.5，40，45，50，56，63，71，80，90，100，112，125，132，140，150mm。

梯形排截面尺寸范围cross-section：

t≤24、h≤150、h/t≤50

三、产品性能product performance：

1）扭度distortion

500mm长度内侧面扭度不超过2.5mm。

not more than 2.5mm per 500mm.

3）直度straightness

两底边在1m长的直度a＞2°，h＜50mm时不超过2mm，a≤2°，h≥50时不超过3mm。

2）硬度hardness

梯形铜排表面硬度为hb80～105，银铜合金排表面硬度为hb85～105。
